Commission Rates

A. STYLIZED STYLE

Rendered character with a plain colored background. May include edited background.

Bust - Php 700 ($50)
Half Body - Php 900 ($60)
Knee Up - Php 1000 ($65)All rates are for one character only.
Adding another character costs +80% of the base rate.

B. CHIBI

C. CHIBI PAPERCRAFT

Papercraft chibi design layout. This includes guidelines on what to fold and to cut.

Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read thoroughly before proceeding.

  • I will only draw in my personal art style. Please refer to my portfolio or social media @starlinart for examples.

  • Clear references and detailed instructions must be provided by the client before the commission begins. This includes pose ideas, mood boards, character references, or anything that helps me bring your vision to life.

  • Additional revisions beyond 4 will cost Php 400 ($20) per revision.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial inquiries (e.g., monetized content, merch, branding), an additional fee of x2 of the base price will apply.

  • DO NOT remove the watermark, claim the artwork as your own, or modify it without permission.

  • The default file will include my watermark. If you’d like a version without watermark, there is an additional charge of 50% of the base price.

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions I am uncomfortable with or that do not align with my artistic values.

  • To secure your slot, a minimum 50% down payment is required before I begin the work.

  • Accepted payment methods: GCash (Local), PayPal (International)

  • Full payment must be completed before the final file is sent

  • No refunds once I begin the commission. However, if no updates are given within 30 days of confirmation, the client may request a refund.

  • Turnaround time is typically 2–4 weeks. It may take longer depending on complexity, my queue, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If you need the commission rushed within 1–3 days, an additional fee of Php 50% of the base price will be charged.

  • Final artwork will be sent via Google Drive or email, in PNG format. Transparent backgrounds are available upon request.

  • Commissioned pieces may be included in my portfolio or posted online with proper credit.

Reels and Tiktok content

Get a custom short-form video featuring your character or OC in a funny, cute, or whatever scenario you want using trending audios! I’ll handle both the illustration and the editing to create an eye-catching and entertaining reel or TikTok tailored just for you. (you must provide the reference audio or video)

Starts at Php 900 ($60), 4-7 art frames
and will vary depending on its complexity

  • The client must provide a clear reference of the audio/video (link, file, or TikTok/Reel post) before the commission begins.

  • I will work in my own art style. Please refer to my page @starlinart for samples.

  • Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.

  • The default style includes minimal coloring: only the hair, eyes, and small clothing accents will be colored.

  • If you prefer a fully colored illustration, an additional fee will be charged depending on the complexity

  • A 50% down payment is required to reserve your slot. Payment options: GCash (Local), PayPal (International)

  • The remaining 50% must be paid before the final files are sent.

  • No refunds once the illustration or editing has started.

  • Turnaround time is typically 2–4 weeks.

  • A sketch preview will be sent for approval.

  • Additional revisions beyond 4 will cost Php 400 ($20) each.

  • You will receive: One edited video (MP4 format via Google Drive), All individual illustrations I created for the video (PNG format)

  • A version without watermark is available for 50% of the base price upon request.

  • DO NOT remove the watermark and claim as your own.
